Chef Joao Encarnacao has been a private chef for the last 20 years. Served at embassies in Portugal and New York City.

Was a Chef de partie at the Hotel Paza, NY, Edwardian room.

Co-owned Pier 95 Restaurant Marina, Freeport, NY   rated by Newsday's " New destination for sea food " fresh and splashy one bite you'll be hooked" and New York Times " Impressive desserts".

As a private Chef travelled around the world with his high profile employers. With long experience in fine dining and catering affairs Chef Joao Encarnacao goals are to bring creative and honest flavors to your home for the fraction of the price. Chef Joao will deliver you food that you desire, using the freshest ingredients, and cooking  without preservatives and a mininum of salt.

Chef Joao Encarnacao has a culinary degree from the New York Restaurant School. Attended The Culinary Institute of America and is a member of the American Culinary Federation, International Association of Culinary Professionals and American Personal Private Chef Association.
