Chef Joao was extremely professional and courteous at all times, and his food was extraordinary. We will miss him!

He has served and orchestrated many parties in my homes. His understanding of food and wine allows him to help me plan menus for formal and informal dinners and luncheons. I could not imagine anyone who would not be impressed with Joao's professional and thorough manner and impeccable services. He is a wonderful man and someone who I admire greatly.
