- then customize menus that reflect these guide lines
- assist you in selecting an initial set of entrees for your first cooking day
- do the necessary shopping for the chosen menus.
- bring my own kitchen utensils
- prepare your meals in the safety of your home, package and label your meals,
- leave instructions on what to do with your meals so you can enjoy them at the peak of their flavor
- and leave your home smelling wonderful, your food stored and your kitchen sparkling
